With a background in marketing, branding, and place activation, Alessandra leads the creative direction of each project from the ground up. Her strength lies in developing thoughtful, design-led concepts and shaping the brands that define them. With a passion for storytelling and spatial experiences, she brings strategic insight and aesthetic vision together to turn ideas into places people connect with.
David Voza
David Voza brings strategic depth and operational expertise to The Amica Project. With a background in engineering and extensive experience as a project manager across complex builds and environments, David is a natural problem solver and critical thinker. He oversees the delivery and performance of each project, ensuring that every concept is executed with precision, efficiency, and long-term viability. David is the driving force behind the company’s operational excellence, directing logistics, compliance, and delivery so that big ideas can thrive in the real world.

Our head office and workshop teams include strategic advisors, experienced project managers, tradespeople, fabricators, creative thinkers, and operational staff who bring a wide range of expertise to the table. From concept development to execution, we’re supported by a strong admin and logistics backbone that keeps things running smoothly. On the ground, our onsite teams deliver day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring each space is managed with consistency, care, and attention to detail. Together, we’re a hands-on, collaborative crew united by a shared passion for building meaningful, well-run businesses.
